Marketplace role

PaidCall provides technology for customers and independent Agents to connect. Agents are responsible for their representations, credentials, advice, and services.

Charges

Connected call time is rounded up to the next minute and charged at the rate displayed when the call starts. Customers authorize off-session charges to their saved payment method.

Professional advice

PaidCall is not an emergency service. Customers should independently evaluate an Agent's qualifications and seek appropriate licensed or emergency services when needed.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the platform, impersonate others, evade payment, harass users, or publish unlawful content.

Disputes

Contact Support with the call receipt and relevant details. Refunds are reviewed based on call records and applicable law.
